Machiavelli lived and wrote hundreds of years ago, so his work can now be distributed freely. Many of the English translations of his works are already old enough to have fallen into the public domain as well. There are many good resources that offer e-texts of his works both in Italian and in English. In this page I have listed collections of Machiavelli’s works. As far as I know, there is no definitive online collection of the English translations of Machiavelli’s works. In spite of this, together the sites offer a good selection of e-texts.
